How does the soap pocket work?
When your current soap gets too small to use comfortably, simply press it into the side pocket of your new Soapling bar. As you wash, the soaps will naturally fuse together. Within a few uses, they become one.
Does it work with any soap sliver?
Yes. The pocket is designed to accommodate soap slivers of various sizes and shapes. It works with Soapling bars as well as remnants from other bar soaps.
Is Soapling suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formula is dermatologist tested, fragrance-free options are available, and we use gentle, plant-based ingredients.
How long does a bar last?
With daily use, expect 4–6 weeks per bar. Because you’re incorporating your old soap, you may find it lasts even longer.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, 100%. Our paper wrap is made from recycled materials and can be recycled again. Our hang tag is made from seed paper — plant it and grow wildflowers.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.95 (3–5 business days) and express is $12.95 (1–2 business days). Standard shipping is free on orders over $50.
What if I don’t love it?
Write to us within 30 days and we’ll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. No forms, no fuss.
